Industry participants are excluded.
Please note: There is no onsite registration.
What does the registration fee include?
The registration fee includes attendance to all scientific sessions (morning and afternoon Dec 4-6), coffees and refreshment breaks. It does not include lunches, travel and accommodation.
Upon receipt of the correct registration fee, each participant will receive a confirmation of registration by email.
Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated.

- An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.
Visa
- It is your responsibility to ensure that you have checked current visa and immigration regulations before travelling to United States and that you have the necessary visas and documentation.
- You must apply for your visa as soon you are confident that you will attend "Fungal Dx 2026" in Bethesda, MD, USA.
- The 'Fungal Dx 2026' organizers can supply an invitation letter for visa applications if required.
- Please note that your registration must be complete before a letter can be issued. To request a letter, please contact isham@fungaldx.com.
Cancellation policy
- All cancellations must be electronically mailed to isham@fungaldx.com.
Registration fees will be refunded as follows:
- Cancellations received up to and including August 31th, 2024: total minus 25% handling fee.
- No refund on cancellations as of August 31th, 2024.

- The participant acknowledges that they have no right to sue the organizers for damages should the FungalDx26 (inc. Post Congress Workshop) not be held for any unexpected reasons, or because of "force majeure", or should the non-appearance of speakers or other events necessitate program changes. With their registration, the participant accepts this proviso.
